About Us


We are a family owned micro business established in 2014.

Born out of passion for freshly baked traditional breads, we believe that with 4 simple ingredients and a whole lot of patience, you can bake the most amazing breads. 

We bake in small batches so that each handcrafted loaf gets the maximum attention throughout the entire process. Our slow rise breads are easier to digest as the natural enzymes in the flour starts the gluten breaking down process during fermentation. Some of our breads take anywhere between 20-24 hours to complete. This long fermentation gives enough time for the natural enzymes to do their magic, creating incredible texture and flavour!

All of our products are handcrafted to finished target weights. We make, cut, and portion everything by hand, so there might be slight weight variations from day to day.
